These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms, applicable to customers in the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where possible, we will provide prior notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our premium products are crafted with precision and care, featuring:

All products are stored and shipped from our warehouse in China

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, and packaging updates, minor variations in colour, appearance, size, or design may occur. Such variations do not affect the quality or functionality of the product. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Pricing and Currency

- Prices include duties or taxes unless otherwise specified by shipping destination.

- Payment is accepted via secure international gateways (PayPal, major credit/debit cards).

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We offer international shipping with clearly defined delivery terms based on your location:

United States, United Kingdom – Delivered Duty Paid (DDP):

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:

Product prices include VAT,import duties, customs fees, and other applicable taxes for the United States and United Kingdom.
For orders shipped to the UK, all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Such charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.as required by your country’s import laws.
The courier company may assist in the customs clearance process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.
Please note: We are unable to accept chargebacks or refund requests due to customs duties or tariffs, as these are beyond our control.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

Tracking information is sent by email upon dispatch.

- We are not responsible for customs delays in the destination country.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cleaning products and silk products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for cleaning products or silk products that have been opened, used, washed, or had their original seal or packaging removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or not as described.

However, if you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to accept a return for correction or replacement within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, free from fragrance or signs of wear, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Refunds are not available, including for change-of-mind purchases.

We kindly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Chargebacks We cannot accommodate chargebacks or refund requests related to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, as these are imposed by your local government and are entirely outside our control. Chargebacks filed for such reasons will be considered a violation of our store policies, as these costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item contains manufacturer defects or incorrect items.

Please note: While we strive to represent each product as accurately as possible, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting during photography, individual screen settings, and the nature of silk printing. These differences are not considered defects but are part of the individuality of printed textiles.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds or returns will be accepted, including for change-of-mind, defective, or misrepresented items, unless required by USA, United Kingdom consumer protection laws.
Any applicable warranty or repair rights will be handled according to USA,United KIngdomregulations.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and VAT are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on your location, the following rights apply:

USA: Under FTC regulations, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty or not as described.
UK: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please email info@sweet-sultan.com with your order number as soon as possible.

All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Sweet Sultan Clothing Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for policy violations or misuse .Upon termination, we may delete your content or accounts without liability, though transactional data may be retained for legal compliance .

These terms are governed by the laws of India. However, we comply with the local consumer laws of the countries we serve, including the United States, and United KIngdom

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, wars, or pandemic-related disruptions.
